The Environmental Management Bureau of Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) successfully conducted three (3) days Training on “Basic Stack Emission Testing: Method 1 to 5 for Particulate Matter (PM), Method 7 for Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx), Method 8 for Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) and Method 10 for Carbon Monoxide (CO)” at the Azzuro Hotel, Angeles City, Pampanga last August 5 – 7, 2015. It was headed by the Sampling Assessment Team (SAT) composed of technical staff from Regions NCR, 3 and 4A and the central office Air Quality Management Section staff. The training was participated by the third party source emission testing firms (TPSETF).

Its objective is to provide continuous training on the procedure and operation of approved sampling equipments for the continuing education of source emission testers as prescribed in DAO 2013-26, ” Revised Guidelines for DENR accreditation of Third Party Source Emission Testing Firms.
